Ojipoji is a free, non-commercial trivia game run by me, Devon Wells. By playing the game, you agree to the simple rules below. If you disagree, please don’t use the site.

1. Who Can Play

• You must be 13 years or older.
• You need a Bluesky account to log in. We’re not affiliated with Bluesky PBC.

2. What You Can Do

• Play the daily trivia cards for fun.
• Challenge your Bluesky friends.
• Share screenshots or links—just credit the site.

3. What You Can’t Do

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools.
• Break, hack, or otherwise mess with the game or servers.
• Upload or link to anything illegal, abusive, or spammy.

4. Intellectual Property

All questions, code, and graphics belong to me. You get a personal, non-commercial license to use them only on this site.

5. No Money, No Refunds

The game is free. We don’t sell anything, so there’s nothing to refund.

6. “As-Is” Disclaimer

The game may have bugs, go offline, or contain mistakes. You use it as is and at your own risk.

7. Liability Limit

To the fullest extent allowed by Ohio law, my total liability is $0. I’m not on the hook for any damages, direct or indirect, no matter what happens.

8. Disputes & Governing Law

If something really goes sideways, email info@ojipoji.com first—we’ll try to sort it out within 30 days. Failing that, any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts of Franklin County, Ohio under Ohio law.

9. Changes

I may update these Terms from time to time. Big changes will be posted here with a new date. Keep playing after that and you’re good with the new version.
